MicroPrecision is committed to providing our customers defect free custom turned and milled products at the lowest total cost and delivered on-time. Our efforts are grounded in a LEAN and continuous improvement mindset which is guided by our ISO 9001 registered Quality System.

Our Quality Assurance staff is fully integrated with all phases of manufacturing processes. This is achieved by leveraging advance quality tools such as APQP, PFMEA, MSA and effective CAPA processes.

In pursuit of continuous improvement, MicroPrecision invests in the latest inspection technologies. Equipment such as Keyence®, MicroVu® and Oasis® vision systems have been employed in the QA lab and on the production floor. These advanced technologies allow for fast inspection, reduced inspector variation/errors, and automatic recording of inspection data. In addition, MicroPrecision utilizes an extensive arsenal of high tech and traditional inspection equipment such as CMM, optical comparators, thread and plug gages, air columns, bore gauges and a variety of custom and specialty gauges.
