MicroPrecision LLC today announced that Karley Long will succeed Mark Sarder as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 15, 2026.
Long, who served as Controller before being named Chief Financial Officer, has demonstrated leadership throughout her career at MicroPrecision. She brings a deep understanding of the company’s customers, operations, people, and growth strategy.
“Karley has demonstrated the character, financial acumen, and leadership qualities that MicroPrecision needs to continue building the world’s best company,” said Sarder, who will serve as Advisor through the end of 2026 and continue as a member of the Board of Directors. “I am confident in her ability to lead this organization and will remain available to support her and the team during the transition.”
